My Thoughts
The constant guidance of the Holy Ghost is such a wonderful blessing and
gift to have. We cannot always tell what is the best choice for our lives, but
our Father in Heaven gave us a way to know what is best and a way that will
never leave us as long as we are constantly following our Fathers plan for us.
I know that as we do these things and as times of worry and stress come into
our lives, the Holy Ghost will give us promptings to guide us and help us in
those choices. I know that if I need help I can search to find the answer and I
know that as I do this the Spirit will help me find the right solution.
Heavenly Father loves each one of us and He gave us the guidance of the Holy Ghost
that we will never be comfortless. We will always feel Him near and His love
will forever surround us

There are several things we can do to develop a deep conversion and learn how to receive divine inspiration. First, we must have a desire. Alma said, ‘For I know that he granteth unto men according to their desire, whether it be unto death or unto life . . . according to their wills’ (Alma 29:4).”

“While testimonies can come as dramatic manifestations, they usually do not. Sometimes people think they need to have an experience like Joseph Smith’s vision before they gain testimonies. If we have unrealistic expectations of how, when, or where answers come, we risk missing the answers which come as quiet, reassuring feelings and thoughts that most often come after our prayers, while we are doing something else. These answers can be equally convincing and powerful.
